A rich, waterless tallow skin cream made in small batches in Norfolk using only certified organic ingredients. Beef tallow, castor oil and cocoa butter help soften and moisturise dry-feeling skin, while vanilla and frankincense add a warm, subtle scent.

What is in our tallow skin cream?

Our five core ingredients are grass-fed beef tallow, castor oil, cocoa butter, vanilla CO₂ extract and frankincense essential oil. See the label on your jar for the complete ingredient and allergen declaration.

Beef tallow gives the cream its rich, conditioning feel. Castor oil helps it spread smoothly, while cocoa butter adds softness. Vanilla CO₂ extract and frankincense essential oil provide the finishing scent.

How to use

Take a small amount with clean, dry fingers and warm it between your fingertips. Gently massage into the skin where moisture is needed. Start with less, especially on your face, and add more if needed.

Tallow & Cacao was founded by James and Annemarie in Norfolk. Our cream began as something we made for ourselves, family and friends over six years before bringing it to market. We continue to make it in small batches, bringing together a simple formula and careful preparation.

Is this cream waterless and vegan?

Our cream is waterless, with no added water. It contains beef tallow, so it is not vegan. Its warm scent comes from cocoa butter, vanilla and frankincense.

Care and storage

Keep the lid closed and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Follow the best-before date on your jar.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
